Jennison Grigsby is a native Californian who has taken up residence in sunny Valencia, Spain. We met when I first attended her weekly Sunday vinyasa class in El Jarín del Turia – it’s taught in English and an awesome spot to meet fellow expats. I felt right at home in her class which is a challenging vinyasa flow paired with playful partner work and introspective guidance. Later we found an afternoon for a fun photo shoot in Cabanyal, Valencia’s colorful beachside neighborhood.
Jennison teaches pop-up classes around Valencia pairing yoga with themes like brunch or live music. Once a month, she also hosts a full moon yoga flow on the beach. Additionally, Jennison leads yoga retreats around the Mediterranean. Check her website to learn more about her classes!
