I met the lovely Tamara while living in Valencia, Spain. I attended her yoga classes near my flat in colorful Ruzafa, and before I left Spain we found a day to take photos in the nearby riverbed park. Her soothing energy is infused in her teachings and I always left feeling restored and cared for. Tamara now offers online classes (in Spanish) in yoga, meditation, self-love & feminine health.
