I had the pleasure of meeting sweet Katrine during our 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Garden in San Francisco. Katrine is a former dancer & writer who now teaches yoga in her hometown of Copenhagen. Her postures and observations are both graceful and poetic and as a yoga teacher to children she is able to use her toolkit of movements and storytelling to articulate creative ways of exploring asanas. We met for a reunion weekend in Barcelona and captured these photos near the beach.
